Return Policy 

It is of the utmost importance to us that you enjoy shopping online at our store. To ensure that you are satisfied, we have a return policy for you just in case. :)

Items can be returned to Pretty Chase with the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Tags on the merchandise must not be removed.
• Merchandise on sale cannot be return.
• For hygiene purposes, accessories like earrings are not returnable.
• Shoppers will bear the 5% fees of restocking the merchandise. For example, the merchandise costs RM100, you will receive a credit note of RM95.
• Cash will not be refunded. Only credit note will be issued.
• Credit note will expire within 2 weeks of issue date.
• Shopper will bear the return postage costs.

Note: It is advisable that shoppers used registered mail for tracking purposes.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be packed and delivered within 24 hours. Please note that orders made on Saturday, Sunday and/ or public holidays will be shipped out on the next business day. Estimated arrival time are to be used as a guide only. Please note that tracking number will be provided and signature is required upon delivery by the carriers.

Pretty Chase will not be held responsible on any delay caused by custom clearace for international orders.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated according to the total weight for international deliveries (if purchases are below RM350).

Local Delivery

We provide free delivery throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak & Sabah. Order to be received within 1 - 3 business days*.

Singapore Delivery

We provide free delivery to Singapore for orders above RM200.

International Delivery

We provide FREE standard international delivery for purchases above RM350 (registered mail only). Please note that shipping cost is not inclusive of custom duties (if any). Any custom/ import duties will be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with an estimated amount of custom/ import duties.
